Qtee is smaller than Studio Q but at the same location, quiet and private, big bay window overlooking garden, functional small bathroom. Microwave, Kettle and toaster only.

Pasadena, is a one bedroom, is in Watson still only 4kms from city (not O'Connor) very stylish renovating (inspired by Studio Q) one bedroom unit on 2nd floor walk up. Balcony and carport.

Just acquired "Earle St Lyneham" (nestled on the O'Connor/ Lyneham border) overlooking reserve, 2 bed unit in small red brick block of 8. Top floor of just 2 floors and walk up, great views to reserve and nothing to obstruct your view, you look straight onto Ozzie bushland and gum trees. AC, timber floors, small balcony. Carport

O'Connor, centrally located is a tree lined street, peace & quiet on the edge of the O'Connor reserve and wetlands

O'Connor and Lyneham home of the Iconic "Tilley's" cafe (cafe, restaurant & bar) is just a 10 minute walk down the street,there is also a IGA, butcher (who wins best hand made sausages) PO, chemist and News agency. Watson also has a great shopping centre and cafe

Canberra CBD, Civic Theatre , National Art Gallery, ANU, Botanical gardens and the War Memorial are within 5-15 mins drive. Floriade (our annual flower show) is well serviced by bus or 15 mins drive.

Canberra Showground, AIS arena (work out where our top athletes train, swim in the champions pool) Canberra Racecourse & Jockey Club, Yowani Golf Course, O'Connor Tennis Club and our National Park Basketball courts within 10 minutes.

BUS 8 is located within 25 metres and services the city, ANU and Dickson.

Easy access to country ACT and the home of Canberra's wineries. Bungendore which has beautiful woodwork shop is 30 mins drive in the country- it's a quaint country town

After years of impersonal corridors and doorways in the hotels and apartments of Canberra, Studio Q, and her little sister Q-Tee, in the northern suburb of O'Connor, have been a very refreshing change for my regular work in the Capital. With tasteful (and slightly quirky) decor both apartments are, very much, a place to feel at home. Shops and restaurants are close at hand while the city is sufficiently distant to feel like you are away from it. Rather than paying parking fees in Civic the bus is just around the corner but I prefer to take my bicycle with me to Canberra so that I can enjoy the fifteen minute cycle ride into town. In Summer there's ample time for an after-work lap around Lake Burley Griffin. The owner of the apartments, Narelle, is welcoming and has always been most helpful with my myriad of questions. I'll certainly be back.
