Experience our gourmet High Tea with a glass of sparkling wine, an aromatic espresso, or a cup of Blooming Tea (white tea with herbal Jasmine and Amaranth) which transforms from a bud into a beautiful flower right before your eyes in a glass teapot. With its menu of succulent fresh seafood and comfortable intimate surroundings, The Oyster Bar is a favourite among visitors and locals who appreciate the finer things in life. It’s located on the lobby level, a short stroll along the corridor to the north wing. It’s a “must visit” during your stay! Please note: During the month of June our Breakers Lobby Bar opening hours will be changing to the following: Monday - Thursday: 1600 - 2300 Friday: 1600 - 2400 Saturday: 1100 - 2400 Sunday: 1100 - 2100 For the period from the 8th - 30th June our Oyster Bar will be closed. From Coolangatta Airport: Take the Gold Coast Highway north through Surfers Paradise. Take the Waterways Drive Exit and turn left at Seaworld Drive and enter the resort driveway. From Brisbane International Airport: Follow the M1 Highway south and take the Southport Exit #62. Follow Smith Street and turn right onto GC Highway. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort. From South: Take the Gold Coast Highway south through Biggera Waters, Labrador and Southport. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort. |

Numerous local attractions are just minutes away, making our location as convenient as it is beautiful. Sea World, one of the world’s finest marine parks and one of the most environmentally friendly lagoon habitats in the world is a five-minute drive. Dreamworld, famous for having the biggest gravity rollercoaster in the southern hemisphere, is also now well-known as the location of Australia’s Big Brother House and home to a number of rare Bengal Tigers, as well as the new White Water World. Dreamworld and White Water World are located off the Pacific Highway, approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Also 15 minutes away is Warner Brothers Movie World, which offers a magical experience of film-oriented escapism and Paradise Country featuring a range of Australian wildlife and traditional outback culture. Home to over 1,400 of Australia’s native animals and birds, the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary allows a rare opportunity for one-on-one interaction with our amazing native wildlife. Originally known as Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, the Sanctuary’s name was changed to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to better reflect its diverse range of animals. The sanctuary also offers fascinating displays, shows, and nightly wildlife adventure tours – sure to entertain both young and old. This 60-acre beautifully landscaped parkland and natural rainforest is just a 35-minute drive away. The Gold Coast Hinterland is made up of the spectacular McPherson Range which offers plenty of walking trails. There are various National Parks within the McPherson Range, each with their own walking trails and a variety of activities.
