Offering convenience and comfort at an affordable price, the resort is ideal for couples, families and small groups of friends. Accommodation is offered in two 30-storey towers overlooking Surfers Paradise Beach, conveniently located above the Centro shopping centre. The spacious, self-contained one, two and three-bedroom apartments all offer stunning ocean views, fully-equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, cable TV and large balconies. Extensive leisure facilities include two swimming pools, children’s wading pools, a sundeck and lawn, spas, sauna, gymnasium, tennis courts and a golf putting green. There’s also a pedestrian bridge linking the resort to the beach, and direct lift access to Centro shopping centre below with 110 speciality shops, restaurants and entertainment for the kids with Time Zone. **PLEASE NOTE** For your convenience we can not accept booking for the same day arrivals outside of reception hours. Please phone during normal business hours prior to arrival to arrange after hours check in. Once a booking has been made we accept NO CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS to that booking. **Important Information** Maintenance Notice: Concrete spalling rectification & painting. Dates: Early October 2009 until the end of February 2010 (Breaking for Christmas & January school holidays) Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Possible impact on guests: There will be limited access to balconies while the swinging stage is in progress. Jack hammering will be taking place on balconies at various times. Workmen will need access to the balconies and will be raising & lowering past balconies at various times. There will be restricted access to pool deck area as some areas need to be closed off as ‘exclusions zones’. |

• 25km to Coolangatta Airport • 90km to Brisbane Airport From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue along the motorway south approx 70 klms following signs to the Gold Coast or Surfers Paradise and exit at Smith Street Motorway. Continue until it becomes North Street, Southport. Turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway & continue south. Turn left at Beach Road and continue straight ahead at the lights into Hanlan Street. From Coolangatta Airport - exiting the airport, bear left onto Gold Coast Highway and continue north following Gold Coast Highway or Surfers Paradise signs for approx 24 klms. Turn right at Beach Road and continue straight ahead at the lights into Hanlan Street. |
