Beachfront at Bicheno is situated on the Sunny East Coast, just a leisurely 2 hour drive from both Hobart or Launceston and nestled between "Freycinet" and "Douglas Apsley" National Parks. Beachfront has 46, 3.5 star, rooms all ground level consisting of 15 rooms with ocean view, 20 poolside (10rms, 1dbl+1sgl,and 10rms 1dbl+2sgl) and a further 11 centrally positioned. All rooms have television, Austar movies, direct dial telephones, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, iron & ironing board and hairdryer. We offer Spa suites, twin share, triples and interconnecting suites. Also for our guests comfort we have a Guest Laundry, an outdoor solar heated pool, BBQ area and childrens playground. Dining is never a problem with 2 Restaurants: Beachfront Pizza Bar . Enjoy a quiet drink at the Bar or sample a pizza, pasta or any of our Chefs specialties complimented with a glass of wine from our extensive wine list featuring many Tasmanian Wines. If it is a great steak or seafood you fancy, then the Beachfront Tavern Bistro is the place to go, with casual dining and children welcome. Have a little flutter on the Gaming Machines or play a game of Keno while waiting for your meal. The Tavern is also a great if you like a bet on the horses with Tote or watch the Footy on the Big Screen. The drive through Bottleshop offers a wide range of beers, wines and spirits at city prices. |
