The tube station "esplanade de la Defense" is located just opposite the apartment hotel. Direction from Charles de Gaulle airport: By car: Take the A1 and take the exit Boulevard peripherique (direction Porte de clignancourt/peripherique Ouest). Then take the exit N13 at Neuilly sur Seine, and just after the Pont de Neuilly, take a right and follow the signs Fraser/Ibis/Novotel. By public transport: Take the RER B, change at Chatelet to the Metro and take line 1 to La Defense. Exit at Esplanade de La Defense. |

The Champs, as it is known, is a huge avenue lined with stores, advertising agencies, night clubs, and topped by the Arc de Triomphe. |
