"School Leavers, unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 15 November 2009 to 7 December 2009. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and NO refund will be given." High-rise beachfront, offering an uninterrupted panorama overlooking 30 kilometres of magnificent patrolled beaches, with expansive ocean and mountain views, and only a short stroll to exciting shopping, dining, and entertainment. Wake up to the sight of a sunny golden beach, the soothing sound of breaking surf and a view to die for! All apartments are fully self-contained, have outstanding views with large sun balconies, and have been tastefully furnished and decorated. They are equipped with colour TV and direct dial telephone. You have a choice of one or two bedroom apartments, all have ceiling fans, ensuite facilities, as well as a main bathroom with bath and separate shower. They have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, and a modern laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. On site indoor and outdoor heated pools and spas for relaxation all year round, together with tour desk, outdoor pool table, gymnasium and sauna, undercover BBQ and cabana area & children's playground.
