Airways Motel is only 4 minutes from Christchurch international/domestic airport and provides an Airport Transfer Service by arrangement.

Close to Riccarton Racecourse and Riccarton Park conference centre.

For the Skiers we are just over 1 hours drive to Mount Hutt Ski Field. Snow shuttles pick up at front gate.

Getting There	From the Airport: Phone us on arrival (contact details on confirmation) to take advantage of our Airport transfer service to the Motel. Or, a 4 minute drive in your own rental car. From the City: Take the No: 84 Russley (Red) Bus and it will drop you off at the door. PLEASE NOTE: SHUTTLE DOES NOT OPERATE ON CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY AND BOXING DAY ALSO SHUTTLE DOES NOT OPERATE NEW YEARS EVE AND NEW YEARS DAY.
Parking	Off-street parking available. Park n fly car minding also available by arrangement Charge for this service is $3 per day. We will not pick up if you are noy staying on return.
Things To Do	Catch the local bus service - the Comet-to the Antartica Centre and the airport, only 4 minute drive. Willowbank Wildlife Reserve, approximately 10 minutes drive. Discount vouchers are available for these attractions along with the Gondola, Tram and other events. Take advantage of the 1 hour drive to beautiful Akaroa and swim with the dolphins, or, take a harbour cruise. Amazing Balloon flights can be booked at reception, a great way to see the Canterbury Plains. The Riccarton Race Course is just around the corner for a day at the races or, the Sunday Market! For those that prefer the city life, there is a city bus stop just outside the front door! Visit the Cathedral Square and see the Arts Centre, the Aquarium and the Kiwi House. Or if continuing your journey further south - book a 'Real Journeys'Milford Sound experience at reception.
