Paihia Cottage Homestay is central Paihia, 1950'/60s character house,kitchen, old wooden floors and carpets in lounge , carpets in bedrooms, lovely setting with palm trees and bush view, off street parking, close to all amenities , 5 - 7 minute walk to shops and wharf.

Owner lives in property, but you have privacy and full use of house, kitchen, lounge, & laundry.T V , DVD, stereo ,wifi access.

guests must smoke outside as the rooms and house are non smoking.
