The builing is an older style 3 storey walk up complex and units start on the first floor, our foucus though being budget accommodation is to ensure all guests are comfortable while here. All our units are self contained, so no-one to bother you for daily services)and to help keep out tariffs reasonable we ask our guests to help us by ensuring that all dishes are done and all rubbish cleared before checking out (if not wanting to a small surcharge will be incurred). Being so close to Surfers Paradise city centre we cannot promise total peace and quiet but we do endeavour to ensure the complex is maintained. Our one bedroom units can sleep up to four (with fold away)and our two bedroom can accomodate up to 6 people. Each unit has an equipped kitchen and TV/DVD. There are fans in each room (some have ceiling fans)and all linen and towels are provided. Every unit has a sunny balcony overlooking the barbecue area and 13 metre pool. There is a coin operated laundry in the complex. We provide a booking service to all local attractions. Being able to leave the car in our undercover car park and walk to the BEACH, shopping mall, RSL, Woolworths, Coles, Wax Museum, Haunted House, bus depots, Cavill Mall, nightclubs, restaurants, bars is a bonus. We are also only a short drive to most of the theme parks which makes staying here an ideal position for families who want clean, comfortable surroundings without paying for all the frills of a motel/hotel they won't use. |

Turn in to Peninsular Drive off Ferny Ave, one block south of Cavill Ave. Sunset Court is in front of the first round about. We are opposite the Surfers Paradise Transit Centre for those coming by bus. Airport transfers can be arranged from train or airport (contact Manager directly). |

Less than three blocks stroll to Chevron Renaissance Centre, Cavill Mall, surf beach, bus and cruise boat terminals, parks, shopping, central Surfers' nightlife, restaurants, family attractions, hire boats, river and fishing spots. Bus to theme parks from our front door. |
