| Getting There |
To reach the resort from Brisbane Airport follow the Gateway Motorway then change on to the M1, following the signs that direct you towards Ballina. Once you cross the Tweed River at Barneys Point, take 2nd exit called Kingscliff/Cudgen. Follow the road for approx 10 km you will go through the traffic lights at Kingscliff and follow the Resorts signs to Mantra Salt. The signs will direct you left into Casuarina way, and you will follow that road for a few minutes till the large blue signs direct you right into the Salt Village (Bells Blvde). Then we are on the right in Gunnamatta Ave. If you are flying, the closest airport is Coolangatta - Gold Coast, and from there it is a 15 minute Taxi ride. If you would like transfers arranged, please contact Mantra on Salt Beach. If you would like car hire arranged, please contact us, and our prefered Hire company is Thrifty. If your driving from South, please take the 1st Kingscliff exit (Kingscliff/Cudgen). Turn Right on the roundabout for Kingscliff. Follow the road till you see the large blue road signs that direct you to Mantra Salt. The signs will direct you left into Casuarina way, and you will follow that road for a few minutes till the large blue signs direct you right into the Salt Village (Bells Blvde). Then we are on the right in Gunnamatta Ave. |
| Parking |
Undercover secure parking is complimentary and has a 2.2 metre clearance. Lock up areas are available for surf boards, kayaks etc. |

If you are looking for a place to relax, or meet up with family and friends, you cant go past Mantra! with its luxurious surrounds and fine restaurants, bars and shops within the exclusive Salt Village, but you'll also be able to enjoy the Village and all it has going on. Peruse the local markets (held locally each weekend), experience its many festivals, explore the 7 kilometers of cycling and walking paths or go canoeing and fishing in Cudgen Creek, all while enjoying the fresh ocean breezes and the warm Australian sunshine. There is an IGA supermarket on site if self catering is required, a fantastic selection of goodies is available. The latest edition to Salt is the Golden Door Spa, which will be the largest day spa in Australia. Boasting 21 treatment areas including double treatment suites, Vichy showers, manicure and pedicure beds, hair salon and Golden Door Boutique; The Golden Door Spa will be the perfect place to rebalance, refocus and refresh. |
