Non-smoking policy inside our units. Opposite Springlands shopping centre and only minutes from restaurants, cafes, wineries or the business centre of Blenheim. |

DIRECTIONS FROM NELSON/WEST COAST(SH6 & SH63)or BLENHEIM AIRPORT: State Highway 6 into Blenheim: As you approach Blenheim we are 900m past the 50km sign on the left hand side. FROM PICTON/WELLINGTON SH 1: Once you have entered Blenheim over a narrow bridge, turn right at the first roundabout (Mobil Station on the corner) onto the Nelson/Westport Highway (SH6). This is Nelson Street, changing into Middle Renwick Road. After you turn we are 1.8km along the same road on your right. FROM CHRISTCHURCH/KAIKOURA SH1: Once you have entered Blenheim at the first round about turn right onto the Nelson/Picton Highway (SH 1). Continue straight ahead exiting onto the Nelson/Westport Highway (SH6). Exit is marked by a roundabout with a Mobil Petrol Station on the corner. This is Nelson Street, changing into Middle Renwick Road. After you turn we are 1.8km along the same road on your right. |

| Things To Do |
Tour our local wineries,sample the wines and maybe enjoy a relaxing lunch. Explore an extensive range of gifts to buy and food to sample. Visit the local artists and craftspeople at home working and in their galleries, including potters, artists, woodworkers. Don't forget the boutique chocolate factory, you can watch the chocolate being made before you enjoy. Walk one of the many tracks throughout the region including The Queen Charlotte Track, Wither Hills Farm Park and Pelorus Bridge. Join friends or family for a round of golf. Take time out to cruise the sounds - meet locals by taking part in one of the Sounds Mail Runs. There is always a chance to go home with that "great" fishing story by joining a fishing charter. Cycle tours are a fun and fit way to see more of our area. With the family in mind, there are farm visits, model train rides and canoes, Brayshaw Park (ponder our heritage), ducks to feed at all the local parks and gardens. Meanwhile the Picton foreshore is only 20 minutes away, where cafes, mini train rides and mini yachts, the Edwin Fox, the aquarium as well as a beach side childrens playground awaits. Marlborough is heaven on earth for the more adventerous. Breathtaking scenery, whether you are kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, swimming with the dolphins or skydiving (skydiving - how to see all of Marlborough at once). 1 and half hours from Kaikoura with its Whale and Dolphin Watch Tours. |
