Birubi Beach Holiday Park is family owned and operated. The Park is set upon 14 beachside acres, at the gateway to the largest sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere. It is a very unique location with 4WD access to the beach, a favourite for the 4WD enthusiasts. The Anna Bay Village is an easy 5 minute walk; where there is a wide range of retail outlets, take away Restaurants and Tavern. The surf club, protrolled beach and Blue Juice Cafe' are at your door step. The Cabins have all linen supplied and two towels. Extra towels are $5. Please advise the office in advance if required. |

Deluxe Cabin
Rates are for 5 people. Maximum occupancy 5 people. Bedding configuration is a Queen in the master bedroom and Double with Single above in the second room. Some Deluxe Cabins have Ocean Views and they are all accross from the beach! Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Beautiful new cabin near pool and BBQ area. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. Standard Cabins are the best value accommodation in town. Recently refurnished. They have new full kitchen facilities, T.V. and dining table. The sleeping arrangement is a Double bed and two bunk sets. There is No bathroom and No linen, blanket or towels. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $6.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Birubi Beach Holiday Park is 5 km south of Nelson Bay. Car We are an easy 2 1/2 hour drive North of Sydney. Take the Freeway to a large roundabout where you will turn right. Follow the signs to Nelson Bay. Turn right at a roundabout on to Gan Gan Rd, to Anna Bay. We are 37 James Patterson Street which is the first right on Gan Gan Rd. Trains and Coaches Trains and Coaches leave Sydney dailey. Port Stephens coaches will take you right to our door. Return tickets available. Air Newcastle airport is a 25 min. drive. Transfers available. |

On site parking located next to each Cabin. The Ensuite Cabins has a space. The Deluxe Cabin has two spaces. The park has a security Boom Gate. |
| Things To Do |
You may book a large vareity of tours from our reception including Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises, 4WD Sand Safaris, Sand Boarding Tours, Horse and Camel rides and Sea Kayaking. We are just minuets drive from the Marina where you can hire boats, the Helicopter Joy Flight pad, Tobboggan Hill Park, Tennis Courts and Golf Complexes. The Parks picturesque location provides many peaceful activities including beach strolls, fishing, surfing, bike riding and sun bathing. The Cafe' hires surf boards and sand boards. |
