Newly built and opened in November 2002, the complex has a total of 16 units with a number of sleeping options, for example inter-connecting units, depending on the client's requests. We speciaise in corporates and can also accommodate large groups. Modern and contemporary in design and furnishings, most units have fill-your-own spa baths. Each unit has a spacious and comfortable layout. This property is located adjacent a "rose garden", is off the main road (no noise) and is handy to all tourist attractions. Breakfasts can be provided, on a room delivery basis. There are modern kitchens with microwaves and benchtop elements for those guests who prefer to be independent and cater for themselves. | Getting There |
Located at 18 Ward Ave, which is off the main road, Fenton Street, and situated behind the Kingsgate Hotel on Fenton Street. Ward Ave is closer to the Whakarewarewa Maori Arts and Crafts Institute end of Fenton Street and is opposite the Murray Linton Rose Garden. The New Castle is approx 4 minutes from the Rotorua Tourist Centre or the centre of the city, and a short 15 minute drive from the Airport. |

Car parking is on site and all car parks are located in close proximity to the units. The area is well lit at night. |
| Things To Do |
The property is close to all attractions, not least of them being the famous Geyserland Thermal Reserve Whakarewarewa, within a short 20 minute walk. The New Castle can organise and suggest all tourist options depending on individual requests. |
