Erindale Guest House (Circa 1860), located in the center of Historic Beechworth, is a perfect getaway escape and a fantastic base from which to explore all that the region has to offer. Set on an acre of landscaped gardens complete with water features and garden “rooms”, Erindale is a wonderful, tranquil, setting in which to enjoy some peace and quiet, or perhaps share a glass of something with someone special. Although dating from the 1860’s Erindale lacks nothing when it comes to comfort and luxury. The large country home was restored and renovated by the current owners as a Bed and Breakfast , with luxury and your comfort in mind. Each of the four large individually decorated guest rooms has, an ensuite complete with large double corner spa, great for unwinding and letting the cares slip away. Or perhaps enjoy the romantic ambiance of the crackle and dancing flames of the open fire in your room. Snuggle up and relax. In the warmer months enjoy the shade and coolness of your own private veranda each of which overlook a part of the landscaped garden. The bright, airy guest lounge room is a great place to meet your fellow guests or to simply relax with the complementary newspapers. Leading on from the lounge, is the conservatory, a stunning room, overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Catch a glimpse of the Georgian pond or perhaps see one of the many native birds that visit and feed in the garden. Many a guest has been found dozing the on the comfy couches and chairs in the sunshine!!! Enjoy a little nightcap on us, with a touch of local Pennyweight port and chocolate. Perfect for a great nights sleep Breakfast at Erindale is a relaxed affair. Ann's love and passion for good food, and for cooking, ensures a memorable breakfast. Fresh fruits, juices, cereals, Tony's fresh muffins, jams and marmalade followed by a full cooked breakfast means that a good walk may be in order before lunch is attempted !!!. Of course breakfast wouldn’t be complete, with out a pot of tea from our selection of Twining and Herbal teas, or a great cup (or two) of coffee. Tony's adage: “ life is too short to drink bad coffee!! “ With their love of people, food, wine and travel, coupled with their extensive knowledge of the region, your hosts, Tony and Ann are sure to make your visit a truly special one. Erindale is located in the heart of Historic Beechworth and easy three hours north east of Melbourne. Once in Beechworth travel out from the main round a-bout toward Wodonga. Travel past the Historic old jail then take the first right into Junction Road. Turn immediately left into Victoria Road. Erindale is on the corner at number one. |

Erindale is a short stroll into the center of Historic Beechworth. Beechworth, the best preserved Gold town in Australia, has over 35 National Trust buildings, many of which now house quality shops and boutiques. Beechworth is in the heart of the North East wine and Food region and a great base from which to explore the region. |
