Sanddancers Bed and Breakfast is a modern, 3.5 star rated, purpose built property with seperate managers residence, we are located in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. Our four queen rooms all have private ensuite, 48cm T/V with DVD player and IPod docking station. Wireless ADSL is available, a lap top is available for hire and desktop pc with internet is available in guests lounge area. The property has seperate managers accommodation. Guests are welcome to use the guest phone to book tours and restaurants or relax with a free in house movie or Austar. Sanddancers is a non smoking property, guests are welcome to use our outdoor seating area. A wide variety of restaurants are available within a few minutes drive from Sanddancers. Situated just 300mtrs from Nelsons Beach and White sands bush walk which takes you through some spectacular fauna and flora as you stroll past three small coves eventually emerging at Hyams Beach. |

| Getting There |
Travelling by car: From Sydney: Jervis Bay is 200 kms south of Sydney. By-pass Wollongong and Kiama and pass through Berry. 13 kms south of Nowra turn left onto Jervis Bay Road and follow the signs to Vincentia. The trip takes around 2½ hours. From Canberra: Jervis Bay is 260 kms north-east of Canberra. Take the Hume Highway, bypassing Goulburn and Marulan, then take the Exeter exit and follow the signs to Nowra via Kangaroo Valley. 13 kms south of Nowra turn left onto Jervis Bay Road and follow the signs to Vincentia. The trip takes about 3 hours. From Melbourne: Jervis Bay is 880 kms north of Melbourne. Take Highway No. 1 and follow the signs. The trip takes around 11 hours. Travelling by Train and Coach State rail trains stop at Bomaderry where you can join a coach which brings you right to our door. |

Jervis Bay is a place for rest and relaxation, Surrounded by beautiful beaches and nature walks. There are nine beaches within easy walking distance from Sanddancers Bed and Breakfast, they are Collinwood, Orion, Barfleur, Plantation Point, Nelsons, Blenheim, Greenfields, Chinaman's and Hyams. Jervis Bay is home to a pod of about 60 bottlenose dolphins, they can be often seen from any one of the beaches, Bay cruises are available from Huskinson. Thousands of scuba divers and snorkellers already know Jervis Bay is second only to the Great Barrier Reef, sites offer fascinating marine life such as giant cuttlefish, the strange weedy sea dragons and in winter, when visibility is best(sometimes up to 50m) you can see giant sea salps, there are also quite a few wreck sites to discover and the underwater formations are spectacular. Popular sites include Hyams boat ramp and Scottish Rocks. The bay boasts some excellent fishing for a range of popular sport and table species. The rock platforms on the northern side of the Bay are world famous for the land based game fishing opportunities they offer species such as marlin, tuna, kingfish and sharks, inside the Bay you can chase bream, whiting and flathead along practically any of the beaches. Booderee National Park hosts an array of wildlife including Rosellas and Parakeets which are tame enough to hand feed while Kangaroo's watch on. |
