Rates are for 2 people. Extra guest is $40. Bedding is a Queen bed plus single sofa bed. Spetacular views of Hunter valley from room and verandah where breakfast is served. Own split system reverse cyle air conditioning, TV and ensuite. Common B&B fridge Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $40.00. Extra children $30.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
From SYDNEY By Car Travel to end of F3 Freewayand continue approx 4 Ks to meet the New England Hightway, follow signs to Maitland. Stay on Maitland bypass and follow signs to Singleton and Musslwellbrook. As you approach the outskirts of Maitland at the Rutherford roundabout, Macdonalds and the BP petrol station are on your right. 600m after MacDonald's take the first right into Anabah Road (not signed currently in middle of roadworks). Proceed 6k along that road to a very sharp right-hand bend with vinyard on left. At the bend veer left into Valley Street. Drive for another 840m to the entrance to Peacock Grove B&B. BY TRAIN Best is XPT direct to maitland. We will try and arrange to meet train or a taxi is available from the station. Alternative is the Newcastle train with a change at Hamilton for Maitland TRAVELLING SOUTH ON THE NEW ENGLAND HIGHWAY Pass through Lochinvar. After the entrance to the Rutherford Airfield (Royal Newcastle Aero Club) travel further 2K and take first left into Anabah Road towards Gosforth (currently in middle of roadworks and no signs!) Proceed 6k along that road to a very sharp right hand bend with vinyard on left. At the bend veer left into Valley Street. Drive for another 840m to the entrance to Peacock Grove B&B BY TRAIN Take train to Maitland and we will try and meet, alternatively taxis are available. |

| Things To Do |
Guests who stay a second night will have time to explore the farm, visit nearby wineries, historic Morpeth or even Maitland Jail which is now open to visitors. You will also be able to sample one of our many local resturants some of which have award winning cuisine. For those interested in flying the local airfield can take you for a pit acrobatic flight or a more sedate flight in the famous yellow tiger-moth For hikers the Barrington Tops National Park is close as is scuba diving and whale watching at Port Stevens. |
