Catalina Resort boasts breathtaking ocean views stretching from Mooloolaba to north past the mouth of the beautiful Maroochy River.
Consisting of two fifteen-storey towers, conveniently situated in the Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore. A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and nearby Maroochy Surf Club, which is only 60 metres away.
Offering stylishly appointed and fully self-contained one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as studio apartments. All apartments except the studios have spa baths.
The well-established Catalina I with its lovely large balconies and spacious living areas has long been popular with guests. The apartments have Cable TV and ceiling fans.
All apartments in the more recent, Catalina II are air conditioned with ensuites, TV and Cable TV in both master bedroom and lounge. The modernly furnished apartments also include CD player and Video Recorder.
Relax and enjoy the facilities, which include two heated pools, two spas, sauna, a heated children’s wading pool, barbecue facilities, full sized tennis court and games room.

Catalina 1 Penthouse. Spanning 3 levels with fantastic ocean views. Features include a roof top plunge pool, BBQ area and bar. Fully appointed granite kitchen. Fully Air-conditioned as well as having ceiling fans. CASH BOND OF $500 REQ ON CHECK IN
Rates are for 7 people. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 6 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total.

Getting There	Situated at 47 Sixth Avenue in the Cotton Tree precinct of Maroochydore, a one hours drive north from Brisbane, on the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore turnoff, travelling on Maroochydore Road (State Hwy 8). Turn right onto Horton Parade, which becomes Aerodrome Road and then left onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 200 metres up the road on your right. Or from the Sunshine Coast Airport, travel south on David Low Way (State Hwy 6) get on the Sunshine Motorway (State Hwy 70) taking the exit at Bradman Avenue, which becomes Duporth Avenue. Turn left at The Esplanade, which becomes Cotton Tree Parade. Turn right at King Street, which leads onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 250 metres on your left. Alternatively, we can arrange bus transfers from the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Airports to the resort. Or, for the ultimate in luxury, we can arrange for a chauffer driven limousine to pick you up and deliver you to the resort. We will be happy to arrange these transfers for you.

Things To Do	When you arrive, you may like to sit back and relax, or you may be the more adventurous type, who wants to get out and experience all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Within reach is a smorgasbord of activities, such as, para-gliding, sailing, surfing, river and beach fishing. Visit the Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Eumundi Markets, The Big Pineapple, Montville, Forest Glen Sanctuary, Ginger Factory, Super Bee, Ettamogah Pub, Aussie World, Glasshouse Mountains or go Whale Watching. We can also organise day tours for you to visit these places.
