This modern serviced apartment complex is professionally operated by the Park Avenue Accommodation Group with serviced apartment complexes throughout Melbourne and its eastern suburbs. Each spacious Q45 apartment is fully furnished with quality modern furniture and decor. The location is only 600m from vibrant Kew Junction with its many restaurants, specialty shops and supermarkets. Features of our Q45 property include secure basement parking that is free, video intercom security and PIN code access to the common areas, marble finishes to the well equipped kitchens and a second bathroom/ensuite to the three bedroom apartments. Within every Q45 apartment our guests have remote control split system air conditioning and heating, a 68cm television with 25 channels of Foxtel, a DVD/CD player, second television to the master bedroom, quality comfortable beds and a large desk with lamp and display phone. There are full laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer within each apartment. Sliding doors open onto balconies with magnificent views from the upper floors. Feedback from guests who stay at Q45 is very complimentary and once people inspect our accommodation they always book and always come back!
