From the federal highway, drive along Northbourne Avenue through the city, and continue around Vernon Circle and onto Commonwealth Avenue Bridge. This road will take you across Lake Burley Griffin. Continue left on to State Circle around Parliament House. Turn left at the Canberra Avenue intersection and continue past 2 sets of traffic lights. Turn left into Giles Street after the second set of traffic lights. Proceed along Giles street, to Tench Street and the Griffin Hotel is on your left. |
