Located across the road from beatiful Dicky Beach, a long unspoilt stretch of sun drenched white sand just north of Caloundra. The beach is home to the hull of the ship, the S.S. Dicky which ran aground during heavy seas in 1893. North facing and patrolled 365 days of the year Dicky Beach is renowned for its safe swimming and quality surf at the north end near Ann St. All apartments are fully self-contained with quality appointments, all you need for that relaxed getaway. Each apartment includes - Private sunny balconies or decks Ensuites to all apartments Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave Laundry with washing machine and dryer Ironing equipment Air-conditioned & Ceiling Fans IDD Telephone and Broadband Connection Video, DVD and Cable TV Hairdryer Linen Provided One & Three Bedroom apartments are serviced by a lift. Two Bedroom apartments are walk up (no lift) These rates do not include Daily Housekeeping. A daily service is available on request and will attract extra charges which are payable to the resort. Portobello By The Sea is perfectly located within walking distance of the Dicky Beach Surf Club, convenience store, cafe,various take-away's, newsagent, chemist, bottle shop, surfshop & the popular Bucket & Spade Restaurant. PORTOBELLO BY THE SEA, OPERATES UNDER A STRICT "NO PARTY POLICY". This is a condition to ensure that all guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. 1 hours drive north of Brisbane. From the Bruce Highway take the Caloundra exit. Travel approximately 8 kms along Caloundra Road until you reach the fourth roundabout. Turn left into Nicklin Way. At the first set of traffic lights on Nicklin Way turn right into Beerburrum Street. Follow Beerburrum Street down, turning right just before the shops at Henzell Street.
