Teacosy Cottage is ideally located on The Esplanade on Karragarra Island which is one of the Southern Moreton Bay islands. The spacious deck provides the perfect place to enjoy the water views and watch the world go by. Karragarra Island is very unique as there are no traffic lights and no retail shops. You will feel like you have stepped back in time, be able to de-stress and rejuvenate. The peace and tranquillity keeps people coming back for more. The cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep five people comfortably, pets are permitted on request.

| Bond details | There is no security bond required. |
| Payment details | 50% deposit is required within 5 days of booking being made to secure your holiday. Payment can be Direct Deposit using Internet Banking. The remaining 50% is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If are arrivingg within 30 days of the booking being made, full payment is required If the final payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Key collection information and directions will be forwarded by email when final payment is received. We will contact you when the booking has been processed and provide you with bank details etc. Linen is not provided, however, in exceptional circumstances linen can be provided at a charge of $25.00 per set. |

| Getting there | To travel to Karragarra Island you will need to book a vehicular barge through Stradbroke Ferries (island only accessible by barge). Barges leave from Redland Bay and take only 35 minutes to reach Karragarra Island. |

| Things to do | Your stay at Teacosy Cottage on Karragarra Island can be as relaxed or as active as you like. Water activities are popular in the Moreton Bay region due to the sheltered waters inside Stradbroke Island. Karragarra Island has a very accessible boat ramp for those that have a boat and if not fishing is popular off the jetty and along the beaches. Kayaking is also ideal in this region due to the calm waters. If it is relaxation you are after, it’s the perfect place to do it. The peace and tranquillity of the island is renowned and many people have left feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Walks are also a popular pastime and as everything on the island is within a walkable distance. If a dining out experience is enjoyed then a short ferry trip to Macleay Island will solve this problem. Macleay Island offers restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. There are also retail shops including pharmacy, bakery, and butchers. The island is only accessible by barge and we are quiet flexible with your Check in and Check out times.
