The open plan gourmet kitchen/living/dining area flows out to a fantastic outdoor entertainer’s deck with built in BBQ, seating and shade sails. Furthermore there is a sitting/library room.
Features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, outdoor shower, LCD TVs, IPod docking station, DVD players, CD/radio player, a library of books, laundry facilities and trampoline for the “bigger” kids.
