This property is situated one minute walk away from world-class Bondi Beach. With the beach so near, it is rare to find the peace and security combined with the convenience that this property offers.
This property is suitable for up to 10 people. There are three large bedrooms in the upstairs portion of this holiday house, all with their own ensuites and televisions. Additionally, there is a complete modern kitchen and a lounge room with a single bed and a sofa bed downstairs, as well as an upstairs balcony, BBQ area and backyard garden.

With the beach so near, taking a stroll along the foreshores, eating out and shopping at world class restaurants and shops has never been easier. Additionally, Bondi Beach is just ten minutes by car or fifteen minutes by train from downtown Sydney, and one simple bus ride will take you into the heart of Oxford Street's night life. The bus stop is situated on the beach, one minute from our front door, and luxurious Bondi Junction Shopping Center is only five minutes away.
This property is for anyone wishing for a getaway from their normal lives, either small or large groups. This is especially for those who value both the convenience of being close to a landmark of Australia, as well as the relative peace that not living on the main street affords. We welcome a family, two families wanting to holiday together. We don’t take group age under 25.

| Payment details | One night's deposit is requested for reservation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance plus $200 departure cleaning fee should be paid at check in. Credit cards are accepted, and a service fee of 2.2% incl. GST (Bank cards, MasterCard, VISA) is applied. Alternatively, payment can be made by direct bank transfer. |

| Getting there | Taxis from the airport cost around $40 and takes about 25 minutes. Shuttle services run from the airport direct to Bondi Beach and cost around $15 per person. You need to get on an eastern suburbs shuttle. The cheapest way is to get bus 400 to Bondi Junction directly from the airport, and then get bus 380/381/382/333to Bondi Beach from terminus A. If you are driving, head towards the beach on Old South Head Road from Bondi Junction then turn right on O’Brien St. Drive towards the end then turn right onto Roscoe St. |
