When you step inside Sandy Breeze, you'll enjoy spacious, open-plan living, which has been colourfully furnished with a modern, contemporary style. Relax in the comfortable living room which offers leather sofas, a flat screen, high-definition TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini CD stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen has Ceasarstone worktops, quality appliances, generous drawer and cupboard space and the laundry is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. There's a split system air conditioner in the lounge/dining area for your comfort and you will also enjoy complimentary broadband internet connection and free local phone calls.

The outdoor deck space is fabulous, complete with BBQ and a great outdoor setting for four, ideal for alfresco dining. It is securely fenced which makes it perfect for pet guests as well. Off street parking is also provided for one car and there is plenty of additional parking available on the street.

Two bedroom villa – sleeps 4 in a queen bed and a split king bed which can be configured as a king or two singles. One extra guest can be accommodated on a trundle bed.

Three bedroom villa – sleeps 6 in a queen bed and 2 split king beds which can be configured as a king or two singles. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. One extra guest can be accommodated on a trundle bed.

Sandy Breeze is ideal holiday accommodation for your next visit to Melbourne as it is just a short stroll from the beach, Sandringham Village shopping centre and train station. The bus will take you on a direct route to Southland shopping centre and you can also catch a train from the Sandringham Station into Melbourne CBD (only 16kms). If you are into sailing you will be within close proximity to major attractions including the ISAF Sailing World Cup and The Asia Pacific Regatta. Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $700 may also be requested by the Property Manager.
Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. A deposit is to be made to at the time of booking, the remainder of the 50% is to be paid to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. A deposit is to be made to at the time of booking, the remainder of the booking is to be paid to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.

Public transport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station From Southern Cross station take the train towards Flinders Street. Get off at Flinders Street Station and take the train towards Sandringham. Get off at Sandringham Railway Station and walk about 500m to Tennyson Street.

Taxi/Car: Take the Tullamarine freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne Take exit LORIMER St-WEST GATE FREEWAY for National Route Alt 1 towards M1/Docklands/Kings Way/City/S.E.Suburbs. Continue straight onto National Route Alt 1. Turn right onto Albert Rd. Turn left onto Lakeside Drive. Continue onto Princes St. Slight right onto Barkly St. Continue onto Ormond Esplanade. Turn right onto St Kilda St. Continue onto Esplanade. Continue onto Beach Rd. Turn left onto Tennyson St.
