All three bedrooms are located upstairs and the main bedroom features a walk-through-robe and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom is shared with the rest of the upstairs area, which consists of two generous bedrooms, each with built-in robes and a queen or two singles beds to choose from.

Downstairs, the brand new kitchen includes stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances including stainless steel fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bench is wide enough for entertaining and a casual place to have breakfast, and there is plenty of storage space.

The kitchen overlooks rest of the open-plan living/family area. With attractive polished floorboards and three bright skylights, this spacious and sunlit room also includes a space for dining.

The living/family area opens to the outside via folding doors and here you’ll find an secure courtyard garden. Ideal for entertaining, a play area for the children or a safe outdoor area for pets.

Other features of the property include central ducted heating for both levels, air conditioning, single remote garage, cleverly designed laundry includes new Miele washing machine and dryer, powder room and a security and intercom system.

There are several parks and reserves just a stone's throw away and the famous Brighton Beach with its colourful beach huts is just a short walk. Also within easy walking distance is Brighton's main shopping strip of Church Street and Middle Brighton Station.

We know how to look after our guests. Everything is included and there are no hidden extras. Included in your stay is a midstay clean every seven days, parking, linen and towels, internet, departure cleaning and all utilities.

Bond details A valid credit card is required as security for all bookings. Furthermore, a security bond of $500 may also be requested by the Property Manager.

Payment details A total deposit of 50% of our fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 3 weeks prior to your arrival. The initial deposit is paid to WOTIF, the remaining to Boutique Stays. If you book less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival, the total fee (i.e. 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. The initial deposit paid at time of booking is paid to WOTIF, the remaining balance to Boutique Stays. The balance of payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.
Business facilities Wireless Broadband internet and the use of the phone for local calls is included free of charge.

Public transport - take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station and take the train towards Flinders Street from platform 13. Get off at South Yarra Railway Station (South Yarra). From platform 2 take the train towards Sandringham. Get off at Middle Brighton Railway Station (Brighton) Platform 2 and take the Route 811 bus towards Dandenongwalk. Get off at stop Peacock St/Roslyn St (Brighton). Walk about 80 metres to 72 Roslyn St (Brighton).

Taxi/Car - take the Tullamarine Freeway/Citylink towards Melbourne. Continue onto Citylink Tollway. Take exit LORIMER St-WEST GATE FREEWAY. Continue straight onto National Route Alt 1. Turn left onto Union St. Turn right onto St Kilda Rd. Turn right onto Punt Rd. Slight left onto Punt Rd/St Kilda Rd. Continue to follow St Kilda Rd. Continue onto Brighton Rd. Continue onto Nepean Hwy. Turn right onto Dendy St.
