This gorgeous two bedroom apartment caters for 4 to 6 guests with flexible bedding arrangements. It is perfect for families, couples, singles or corporate stays.

The Inner City Garden Apartment is in an incredible location on the City Fringe.

In the heart of Carlton, at your doorstep is the cosmopolitan, tree lined Lygon Street precinct, renowned for its fashionable cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Within 5 minutes walk you can visit the beautiful Carlton Gardens (including children's playground, basketball courts and tennis courts), the Melbourne Museum, Imax 3D Cinema, Royal Exhibition Building, Old Melbourne Gaol, or jump on the FREE Melbourne City Loop Tourist Tram.

Walk or catch a tram into the City Centre.

Walk east through the Carlton Gardens to Gertrude and Brunswick Streets, Fitzroy; the popular, eclectic and boutique shopping/dining precinct. Walk west to the Queen Victoria Market.

A longer walk can even take you to Melbourne's sporting and entertainment precinct including the MCG and Tennis Centre.

In addition, the apartment is close to RMIT and Melbourne University and many major Melbourne Hospitals. Any destination too far to walk can be easily accessed by jumping on Melbourne's famous tram network.

The Inner City Garden Apartment is set amongst tranquil communal gardens. The stylish, modern apartment is maintained to an immaculate standard, complemented by beautiful furnishings and luxury linen and towels.

The master bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom 2 single beds which can also be made into a King Bed. There is also a double fold out sofa in the lounge.

For stays of greater than 10 nights, a FREE mid stay change of linen and towels can be organised.

The apartment boasts open plan living/ dining/kitchen area, dining facilities for six, fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven/hob, flat screen television and DVD player. A central bathroom has a bath over shower and laundry facilities including washing machine/ dryer. Each bedroom has built in robes and balconies with City Views.

A portacot and high chair are available. You also have the convenience of one FREE undercover car park (maximum height 2m). I am in the process of arranging parking for a second car also.

Note that the apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets.

Property's terms and conditions Property's terms and conditions
Bond details $300 security bond required to be paid alongside remaining accommodation fees, 28 days prior to stay.
Bond will be returned within two business days after your stay. Guests will need to provide me with their bank details so this transfer can be completed.
Payment details Your booking is confirmed with the non-refundable deposit to wotif. A further 15% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid directly to owner. Contact will be made shortly after your booking has been confirmed with wotif to arrange this payment. The remaining 75% of accomodation fees and $300 bond to be paid at least 28 days prior to stay. All payments to owner must be paid by direct deposit - electronic transfer or cash payment at an ANZ Bank branch. Credit card payments not accepted.
No refund of any money once paid.
Changes in booking dates may be accepted subject to availability. Cancellations of part of a booking will forfeit the 25% deposit for those nights. Cancellations of part of a booking, which is below the minimum nights stay for that period, are not permitted.

Arrival instructions The property owner will contact you on the number stated on the booking page at least 28 days prior to your stay to arrange keys. A $300 bond is required and payable via direct deposit at least 14 days before your first nights stay.
Departure 1000hrs
Getting there Carlton is just north of Melbourne CBD. Drummond Street runs off Victoria Street and the apartment complex is on the corner of Drummond and Queensberry Streets.
Parking One FREE undercover secure car park. Street parking for a second car can be arranged at a small cost.
Things to do Lygon Street - fashionable shopping/dining precinct. Melbourne's "little Italy".
Carlton Gardens : children's playground, public basketball court, tennis courts.
