A exit inspection will be completed on the day of your departure and based on a full refund of security bond it will be returned within 3 working days. Credit card security bond payments will incur a 2.64% fee for Diners and AMEX and a fee of 1.76% for all other credit cards.|

Once you have made the inital hold payment you will be contacted directly by the Management Team of this Holiday Rental Property. Payments direct to Management of the Holiday Rental for any charges or additional hire requirements will incur a 2.64% charge fee for AMEX/DINERS cards and for all other credit cards a fee of 1.76% will be applied. Within 30 minutes beyond the bustling coastal strip lies the Gold Coast Hinterland where the city gives way to farmland, vineyards, quaint villages, sprawling National Parks and rainforest reserves. Try Tamborine Mountain Rainforest Walk or Tree Tops Walk at O'Reillys, Springbrook National Park walk under the waterfall or swim in the pools.
Each year thousands of Humpback whales pass the Gold Coast between June and the end of October.
