Mermaid Beach House features parking for four cars, air conditioning throughout and linen provided (not including beach towels). The ground floor has the large and well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area with Austar CD/DVD Player, an ocean facing deck, laundry and wine cellar.
Level two consists of three oversized bedrooms with walk in robes and en-suites. Bedroom two has a spa bath in the en-suite and bedroom 3 has a TV.
Level three has the master bedroom with TV and Austar, a large walk in robe, en-suite bathroom and private beach facing balcony.
Life guard tower is located nearby to allow safe swimming for the kids.
