- I tried for 3 days to get the safe in my room opened but despite repeated requests nothing was ever done
- they actually shifted me to an alternate hotel - park royale, which is a grand old hotel

- Staff advised us of wrong time for a tour so we missed out, I think it was a bit of lack of communication
