- The Balinese Cooking class and tranquil setting
- Bed linen had not been changed and had been soiled by previous occupant
- No towel racks in bathroom, tea making facilities available but no drinking water provided. Place doesn't measure up to 5 star

- The location was perfect and the villas that opened out onto the pools were inspiring, proposed to my partner under the starlight, very romantic!
- Not enough time to stay there longer!
- The hotel shuttles to Ubud daily are perfect. Or contact Mr David who lives next door for an amazing tour deal

- 20 mins to Ubud, not much to do at hotel.
