Getting There Risley Hall Hotel is situated mid-way between Nottingham and Derby on the A52 intersection of the M1 Motorway (Junction 25). From Junction 25 roundabout take the Sandiacre exit into Bostocks Lane. At cross roads, turn left in the direction of Risley. Follow the Derby Road (A5010) for half a mile, to find the Risley Hall Hotel situated on the left hand side.

Things To Do Risley Hall and Gardens, a manor house dating back to the 15th century, was built by Sir Michael Willoughby. The formal gardens extend to 12 acres and include the Grade II* listed stone terrace which extends to 200 metres above a moated stream overlooking the great lawn with its golden yews. The house has had many extensions in the 17th, 18th and 19th century, all of which have given the hall outstanding character. Opening Times: All year: daily, 2 - 5pm.
