Set in sub-tropical garden 40 metres from a good swimming beach - flat 600 metre walk to wharf - close to take-away food bars and restaurants.

5 studio apartments and two one bedroom apartments. Queen beds in all units and also single beds. Kitchens in all units - balconies and verandahs. We have been in the motel business for 14 years and know how to be friendly and helpful to customers.

Getting There	Southern end of Paihia beach as you enter the centre of town coming from Auckland - 76 Seaview Road. 600 metres from bus terminal - we will collect customers from the bus stop, but it is a flat walk, if you wish to walk.
Parking	Undercover car parking.
Things To Do	Boat cruises to hole in the rock, swim with the dolphins, day sailing on yachts, visit surrounding towns which are all unique. Golf, tennis, walking tracks, swimming, craft shops - relaxing.
