"We will be back."
A brand new hotel so quite clean and modern. Staff were friendly and it is reasonably well located. The room was nice but seemed more for business travellers than for families on holiday (as we were), but that wasn't a big problem. Also, nice touch was everything in the bar fridge was complimentary (as was the Wi-Fi). We would be happy to stay there again.

"Amazing view and location"
We booked a harbour view room which had the most stunning view of the bridge and Opera House. It was very central, right by circular key, and the room/hotel in general were impeccable.

"A well-positioned sanctuary"
It was a warm day in Sydney and my taxi took ages in the grid-locked city traffic, so I wasn’t in the best of moods when I arrived at the hotel. The reception was high-ceilinged and cool and there was an air of calm efficiency as I checked in. I was very grateful that my room was ready (it was barely noon) and a few minutes later as I unpacked and unwound I decided that I had made good choice in selected the Grace. The rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable. I was on the 7th floor overlooking the busy York Street, but I was unaware of any outside noise due to the excellent double glazing. Like many hotels, the internal walls are quite thin which meant that I was often aware of noise from adjoining rooms … though thankfully my neighbours were considerate. Breakfast was as expected. A painfully slow conveyer toaster and an ‘ordinary’ coffee machine, but the food was excellent and the dining area spacious and relaxed. I used the small pool on the 12th floor for a refreshing dip. It’s hard to imagine a better location in Sydney … a short walk to the Queen Victoria Building, Martin Place, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and the Rocks. When I asked the concierge for advice one evening, he was very informative and helpful. As I only had a small suitcase, I decided to get the train back to the airport. The nearest station is Wynyard Station, the journey cost AUD17, and it took just 30 minutes from the hotel to the check-in desk. All things considered, and
