"Excellent location and and an excellent sleep!"
Convenient location, very comfortable bed and shower. I was given a harbour view which was a nice surprise as I had booked a City view. Food options seem limited in the immediate vicinity besides the restaurant if you need a quick breakfast. There is a $8 surcharge for room service, making a simple dessert close to $30. This does some excessive and a bit of a trend of the 4 star hotel variety. I had stayed at 5 star the previous day who had better prices for room service and no charge.

"Very comfortable bed!"
Booked to eat at the restaurant two months in advance for a birthday celebration. Spoke to them on two separate occasions regarding seating. Didn't get either of the requests we made.Very disappointing.

"New hotel, great room and shower, small but good."
Great room and shower, small room but is really good for a short stay. Located in the middle of the city and is close to everything. Parking is my only real issue with the hotel, none available and they have a deal with a nearby parking place, is expensive and not real flexible.

"Birthday weekend hotel. Perfect location."
Great comfortable stay. Lovely lobby. Good value for money. No hotel parking is an inconvenience and bathroom toilet wasn't cleaner properly. Other than that, I was impressed.

"Great food and staff"
Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms aren't brand new and freshly renovated but they are very inviting and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. Food in the first floor cafe (ate there dinner and breakfast) was excellent. Excellent service, fantastic food, staff created a great atmosphere.

"Nice Hotel to stay in inner city"
Good location in the central city street. Close to public transport (Central station & Town Hall station). Secure facility. Clean room to stay. The only problem is the insulation of the room is not so good (at least not good for specific my room, maybe because there is originally a door on the wall between my room and the neighbour room). Also there is no free Wi-Fi. However in total it's a nice place to stay and good value for money.
