Lack of information on the internet regarding basic tent accommodation, we carried camp chairs all the way there for the concert when we didn't need to as chairs were with the tent. Also future reference organisers need to allow people with accommodation on the island to be able to exit the concert instead of being closed in for an hour or more with people held in who were being ferried off that was just ridiculous, our whole reason for staying was to not have to do this, and we were one of many in the ssme situation!!! We could not get through and it was so jammed packed no one would let you through!!! Also we wanted to go into the concert for a while then go and explore the island grab jackets and go back in but we couldn't do that either so we froze!

We chose to use a BYO campsite. The campsite was clean, no litter, flat and with a great view. The price was reasonable and there was a great camp kitchen with microwaves, boiling water on tap, BBQs etc. Again all clean and in good condition. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Could not praise it enough. Would definitely stay again.

Wear ear plugs

Pros: It was exciting staying on an island. The views are magnificent. It felt safe. There is a fridge and cooking facilities that I wasn't aware of.
The setting is idyllic but if you are light sleeper I recommend wearing ear plugs. Motor boats pass by all night and noise from kids having a slumber party in neighbouring tents was obtrusive. The tents are very close to one another.

Good fun for kids. Camping tents on the ground get wet at night.
