Location was amazing. For the price we paid for a studio room with beach views for 2 nights , did not receive any room service, not even clean towels. On check in we were asked about going to an Accor presentation, which we were not interested in only to find a note on the car to go to reception. We were then told because we declined the invitation to the Accor presentation we were obliged to pay $40 per night for parking.

It was a shame that the cafe, restaurant and bar had closed down so there were no options to eat or drink in the hotel and also missed having a gym. The room was lovely and the beach view beautiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. It just missed on a few of the facilities.
