"Great location in Perth's CBD"
My husband and I had a mini break last weekend. The room was clean and neat. The bed very comfortable and the pillows amazing. The shower/toilet area was our only concern. The room was separated only by a cubicle style door. There was a large gap top and bottom which I think was to provide ventilation for the shower. When we had to use the toilet for a bowel motion we went downstairs to the lobby as the odour would have not been pleasant in the room. This looks like relatively new work. We are unsure as to the thinking behind the design. It is the only fault in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and we had one of the best meals we have had in a long time in the restaurant downstairs in the lobby.

"Every Small Detail"
Firendly, efficient staff, all small things taken into account, right down to my friends dress being tucked into the car before the door was closed. Asked numerous times if we would like help with our luggage.

This hotel is a gem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with an amazing variety of foods. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed is huge but a little too soft for my liking.

Nice quality hotel on edge of China town. A bit of a walk to CBD but lots of great ethnic cafes. Totally over priced internet.

"A short break"
We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the hotel, which was clean with friendly staff. We had breakfast dowstairs at the Cafe one morning and it was excellent. We also enjoyed drinks in the Conservatory which was located in the centre of the hotel. All in all it was a very nice stay.

"Good hotel for sightseeing and business"
Quick and smooth check in and out. Helpful staff when taxis needed booking and advice on how to get to Fremantle. Free bus stop outside the door - excellent. Evening meal advised by our waiter and was top notch. Breakfast was very basic - nothing to write home about. We were there for a conference and have to say that the food was very boring. There was only Danish pastries or bought biscuits available at morning and afternoon tea - no fruit or savoury option. The lunch the first day was ok but the second day was bad for me as it was curry which I don't eat so all I had was rice. Some of the others in our group went out and bought pizza that day. The room was very hot when we arrived, we turned off the heating but the room did not cool down very well. Eventually I left the window open during the day so that we could get some sleep in the evening but the room still did not cool down. When we tried to change the air con to cool air it just switched off. Others in our group had the same problem.
