As a deaf person their television did not have access to captioning - disappointing as most hotels now have this

We had things go missing from our room......a water bottle and chocolates were left in the room in the morning. On return from an outing, all had disappeared. Not sure who it was, and my daughters did not feel comfortable reporting it.

It’s never good to find long, curly black hair in your bed and on you pillow. Benches hadn’t been wiped for some time. Bin had not been emptied either
