The hot breakfast items were Luke warm at best. Plus a few more staff to assist with breakfast service wouldn’t hurt as the person making coffees, was also trying to welcome guests & clean tables & restock food so there was a queue at times to just enter breakfast or await for more food! The bottom sheet on the king size bed in our room didn’t fit so you ended up with it coming off during the night, leaving you sleeping on the mattress protector. Our shower had a leak so there was a lot of water on the floor between bathtub & toilet.

There were 2 bottles of conditioner instead of body wash in the shower, tea bags not topped up after housekeeping, and couldn’t even use the phone in the room to call for assistance because the phone was broken.
