Room was good ! Bathroom, shower, bath tub was very good, would be great staying with kids. View was nice over pool and glimpses of the river. Had some trouble understanding the staff i.e. language barrier (Engrish) Parking is not great, room service whilst okay, was not value money

From Checking in there was dramas with the room. Booked a King was given 2 singles after finally sorting that out got into the new room dropped our bags and went out. Upon coming back to the room i noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned before we checked in. Half used toiletries, hair and an earing back all over the floor, the shower covered in mould and just gross to say the least the bed was not made vorrectly and half the sheet not even placed over the mattress. All night and early morning listening to every other room around us as they flushed their toilet or used there shower was not ideal. I spoke to the front desk regarding these issues and she just looked at me blankly without a care in the world. Utterly disgusted in the room and stay.

Parking system is atrocious Bar coded tickets that you get at check in that don’t work Had to press the help button to get in and out every time Also our room was a long way from the elevators so if you have someone with mobility issues make sure you ask for a room near the elevators
