"Great stay!"
We are a family of four who took two adjoining rooms on the 19th floor. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean and the beds were really comfortable. We paid extra for parking which was very reasonable but due to the central location we didn't need to drive anywhere during our stay. Breakfast wasn't included in the tariff however it was worth the additional cost as we were treated to a wonderful breakfast buffet with a great variety of eastern and western food. The hotel also offered late 5pm checkout on Sunday for a fee which is great to extend a weekend away. The only negative was that WiFi would not connect in one of the rooms which drove my son to distraction, and one of the televisions has a very dodgy remote that made switching channels nearly impossible and drove me to distraction!

Quick check in with friendly staff who were happy to provide information and always smiling. Free parking was a bonus and a room upgrade definitely topped the check in experience. Room was great! Top floor with an amazing ocean view. We were late to check out but no issues and we were off after enjoying a wonderful weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza!

"Great hotel close to everything"
Pleasant staff greeted us when we arrived early and we were pleasantly suprised as our room was ready and we could check in straight away. Staff advised us to contact them if we required anything but we didn't need to. Only a short stay this time but will definitely be back.

"Location was close to the venue I was attending"
A bit far to travel to nearest restaurant as the onsite restaurant and function room was fully booked for the night of my stay.

Great location and friendly staff and very clean hotel. Service was very good. We don't spend time in hotel rooms as we hit the road after breakfast. As long as the Room and hotel are up to standard we enjoyed the owners friendliness.

"Relaxation Suite"
Stayed fri-mon in a relaxation suite with access to the executive floor. The room itself was nice and spacious. Nice views of the beach. Having access to the executive floor was the best- continental breakfast (cold meats/boiled egg/cereal/pastries etc) afternoon tea (cake and coffee) and evening canapés (dim sum/cheeses/cold meats/wine/beer/soft drink etc). Salt grill was nice, but service was bad and perhaps a little over priced. Room service was ok but they didn't bring us what we ordered (no soy milk/wrong cereal/no toast etc). Air con was temperamental and we had a few hot nights. Ticking/dripping noise coming from bathroom drain which happened constantly. Yes you can hear the noise at night from revellers outside but didn't bother us much, not enough to keep you awake. Bad TV reception, well at least the picture quality was poor. Excellent location, close to everything and free wifi if staying in the suite. We would stay again, but happy we only paid $350 a night through a sale with wotif. There's no way we would pay the full price of $500 a night. It's just not worth it!

"Lovely Hotel"
All staff were wonderful - polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable [except our breakfast tray wasn't removed] at time of cleaning.
