Broadbeach Holiday Packages

What do celebrities, families and solo surfers seeking gnarly waves all have in common? Well, they all love Broadbeach, for starters. It’s the perfect spot for a Gold Coast getaway—just south of all the attractions of Surfers Paradise, and home to some of the best shopping and dining in the area. Just ask Kylie Minogue.

If you can’t get in touch with her, check out our guide below, then hurry up and book Broadbeach holiday packages!

Get to Broadbeach Like a Pro

Even if you’re a pro surfer, you may not be a pro at getting around Gold Coast. Luckily, the uber-convenient public transit and plethora of Broadbeach car hire options mean it’s easier than catching a wave at the Superbank.

On a Byron Bay holiday packages , but just can’t pass up the chance to catch some sick waves in Gold Coast? There’s an express bus making the trip daily, and it’s just a 90km drive, making it a totally doable day trip. It’s a popular trip from Brisbane, too, which is just 80km north.

If you’re flying in, let us be the first to congratulate you, because you probably got a sweet deal on one of our Broadbeach packages. You can fly into Brisbane and take to the open road, or you can head directly for the Gold Coast Airport, about 20km south of town. Hop on the TransLink and you’ll be in the Broadbeach city centre in no time.

All the Best of the Gold Coast in Broadie

You don’t have to stay in Surfers Paradise to experience the scene that the Gold Coast is known for. You’ve got that famous neighbourhood to the north, the legendary Burleigh Heads and the calmer Palm Beach to the south and plenty of laid-back vibes right in your own front yard. Broadbeach holidays are great for those who want a locale that’s still bustling, but without the early-morning renditions of “A Pub With No Beer” wafting through your windows.

Nearly every Sunday of the month sees some sort of arts and crafts market, where you can browse loads of souvenirs for your mum—or yourself. First, get some sand between your toes with a beach yoga class or a morning surfing lesson, and go for brekkie at Kurrawa Surf Club, famous for its beachfront al fresco dining. If a market isn’t going to cut it for your shopping addiction, head over to Pacific Fair, one of the largest retail centres in Australia.

If it’s nightlife you crave, don’t worry. This is still Gold Coast, and holidays to Broadbeach have plenty of things to do once surfing hours are over. Jupiters Hotel & Casino has round-the-clock gaming and several bars and lounges that keep it going till the wee hours. Looking to dance? Surf Parade never let down anyone who wanted to tap those toes.

We know another thing that will have you tapping your toes in delight, and that’s Wotif’s awesome Broadbeach package deals. We bet you can’t help but smile when you see all the awesome options we’ve got for you—and that will just be practice for when you actually arrive in Gold Coast. Yes, it is that great, and you’re about to find out why.
