Clearly members of our housekeeping team have not followed our rigorous cleaning procedures on this rare occasion. Disappointingly this has served to devalue the hard work and effort of their many colleagues and slighted what the very vast majority of our guests describe as a fantastic village. We are however, thankful that you brought this to our attention so we were able to rectify it as soon as possible. In terms of the security deposit, the funds are released as soon as an inspection is made on the accommodation (this is in 90% of cases the same date as departure), but it can take up to 7 working days to enter into your account (depending on your bank).
