Good view... That's all

Pros: The view and the price
Cons: The whole hotel needs a reno.
The hotel is old and needs a lot of sprucing up. The rooms are unclean and old looking. Hardly any parking available and what there is is very tight to get to. The view was amazing though.

Nice Hotel for Price

Hotel is perfect location in comparison to where the main strip is. The room is quite nice although furniture has seen better days. The room I had had a sofa lounge but it caved in towards the middle so kept sliding from one side of the lounge into the middle. Otherwise a nice hotel. Staff could probably smile alittle more with service but they were not rude in anyway. So still got the job done. Thank you. It was still a great weekend away.

Pros: location
Cons: cleanliness needs a refurbish and a lick of paint
mould on the roof, a squelchy couch that was sunken grit on the floor

View was fantastic

Room was quite old and dated. Spa was water wasn't clean, staff a little difficult to understand but friendly. However the view we had was amazing.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Cockroaches in the hallways and when I told the staff they were extremely rude about it and refused to do anything about it. Asked to have our towels and ben linen changed and they refused and required a payment of $3 per towel and $15 for room service.... tried to charge $0.70 for an internal call to Reception as our bathroom door was locked - I refused to pay this fee and was treated harshly upon leaving due to this. Won’t be going back nor recommending others to stay there.

Great central hotel, a stones throw from beach.

Walking distance to amazing restaurants & bars, entertainment & even the supermarket. Loved the view, pool & spa. My nieces certainly enjoyed these & the gamesroom. Lift hooray! Room overall great, served us perfectly. Not for the OCD person though. Sat evening strolled along foreshore stumbling upon twilight markets. Brilliant! Some very talented artists & creative minds selling wears, definitely worth a look not far from The chateau.

You get what you pay for!

Beach access the best but this hotel tries to nickel and dime you to death so beware! Not sure it had any air con. The location is central and the price was fair.

Ocean views, pool, spas, sauna AND Steam room!

Pros: Facilities, location and free popcorn (it's the little things)
Cons: Obviously needs a renovation but then prices go up so I"d say don't renovate, keep prices as they are and everyone wins :)
Took the kids there for a mini break during the school holidays. Despite the location there was barely anyone else to share 'our' pool, spas, sauna and steam room! Which we obviously loved. Front receptionist was very friendly. The free popcorn was a hit with the kids. Being right opposite the beach and next to Cavill Avenue was a hit with me. Rooms were what you'd expect in an older style property. Full fridge/freezer was brilliant for our family.

Was verrrrry dissapponted when woke up to play some tennis with our son only to find customers cars parked on the tennis court. Considering this was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Was told when there are no parking spaces left that the tennis court is used as one. Not happy!
