Easy check in with friendly staff. I arrived early due to flight times but the great staff found a room that I could go straight into. The room comfort was excellent. Only stayed one night but would love to have stayed longer.

"Comfortable and affordable quality hotel."
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel last week and this is where we'll be staying on future sojourns to Melbourne. Delicious buffet brekkie was included and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this quiet hotel in a perfect location for convenience (Southern Cross Station) and great shopping only a short distance away.

"Lovely service - Lovely Hotel"
The staff were extremely friendly and nice. They paid special attention to my children at the check in and as such the children think it's the best hotel to stay at. They even made sure we had a good room overlooking Southbank so the children could watch the fire display. The room was extremely comfortable and clean.

"Great hotel close to restaurants and Crown casino "
After finally finding the car park, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The reception area was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Our executive room was nice with plenty of room. The pool looked great but unfortunately didn't have time for a swim. We dined on the Tram car restaurant and it was only a short walk and this is why I booked it. It was a great choice. Would stay again. Also there was no noise from any other rooms and the hotel was quite busy
