"Great hotel, Great location."
Have stayed at this hotel before and again has not disappointed. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Staff are welcoming and try to accommodate to guests needs. Love the location, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Would recommend to others.

Lucky enough for a free upgrade which certainly helps. Great value for money when compared to friends staying in similar accommodation nearby.

"Clean, quiet, handy CBD location"
We stayed on a week night so did not have to contend with the nightclub noise. On the 6th floor we found it quiet and were not disturbed by city traffic noise. The room was clean although the carpet was stained. Another comfy chair (there was only one) would have been good. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. The restaurant was cold, large, not very cosy and playing loud music so we decided on room service. Parking was convenient and cheap if you don't need to go in and out and with free city trams nearby there was no need to.

"Hotel near to transport and tourists' attractions."
Problem with only 1 small functioning lift. Only told of another lift available after being in hotel for 3 days. Small bathroom which allows for one person usage at any one time. Had to be careful when using toilet especially with the shower divider being so near. Generally friendly staff and impressive lobby.
