"Great Hotel close to everything"
Easy check in with friendly staff. I arrived early due to flight times but the great staff found a room that I could go straight into. The room comfort was excellent. Only stayed one night but would love to have stayed longer.

"Great location No cancelation fee"
Great location, staff, food, and rooms. Pillows were a bit too firm but overall an enjoyable stay and really good value for money. The no cancellation fee is what got us through the door as we were only coming if our team got in the AFL grand final. Would definitely recommend to others.

"Great location"
Services have slipped a bit since our last stay there - breakfast could be better - heard some complaints there was no bacon or sausages!! No bedside lamps which make going to bed a bit cosier. Not bad stay for two or three nights only. Basic.

"Great hotel close to restaurants and Crown casino "
After finally finding the car park, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The reception area was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Our executive room was nice with plenty of room. The pool looked great but unfortunately didn't have time for a swim. We dined on the Tram car restaurant and it was only a short walk and this is why I booked it. It was a great choice. Would stay again. Also there was no noise from any other rooms and the hotel was quite busy

Staff were polite and helpful as soon as you pulled up, and it just flowed through the whole establishment. Room was clean and well set out with a balcony overlooking the atrium. Will not be our last visit.

"Staff are fabulous"
Lovely room, fabulous staff, very nice room. Only problem is soundproofing as people in room above stomped around until 2 a.m. Also traffic noise from Collins Street most of the night. However if you are heavy sleepers shouldn't be a problem. Cannot praise staff enough, particularly Craig and Lucas.
