"Great proximity to theatre and public transport "
Great service from the staff - we arrived early to leave our bags there while we had lunch - they found us a room immediately. Room is tidy and value for money. Only downside is the lack of view from our room - unless you wanted rooms in the other tower to look into your room.

"Great location and great hotel. "
Excellent location not far from anything. Close to southern cross station so perfect for an easy arrival by train. Staff are excellent, rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff bought cake and wine up to our room for my fiancée for her birthday without even having to ask. Stayed here a couple of times, will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things that bugged us a little. The room size.It was so small and you just couldn't get out of each others way.The balcony probably wouldn't have even fit 2 chairs on it if you wanted to sit out in the fresh air.The other thing was the car parking. We had to pay an extra $22 per day for car parking. That really didn't impress us at all.I've never stayed anywhere where I have to sort out car parking as an extra thing

"Good Location! Crown Casino Across The Road"
We had a good time in Melbourne, enjoyed our stay there, it would have been perfect if there was no noisy renovation, demolition next door to hotel. Very handy location as we like going to Crown casino, Short walk to CBD as well. Just disappointed with lack of notice about renovation next door. Noisy jackhammer from 8:30 am, couldn't sleep in and couldn't stay in the room because of noise as I suffer from migraine, and that's one of the reasons.
