Was woken at 6am to kids thumping on the floor above and didn't stop until check out. Also no hot water for a shower. Lay out great as two rooms are back to back and could hear family member snoring all night in the next room. The apartment however was nice and clean.

We had a disabled room which was fine but the bathroom, although very big, the shower didn't have a place to put the shower rose so you had to hold it. Also, nowhere to put your toiletries on the basin.

I liked the flexibility on check in and check out time as per my request. (10.30am and 11am) respectively. Also, the location was perfect. Only 6mins to airport. This allowed us enough time to get to airport on time and avoid heavy traffic. On the negative side of things👇 Room was not clean/tidy. Where do I start…. After requesting for room to be serviced, dirty dishes not cleaned, rubbish not removed. Beds were re-made in same sheets? First day of check-in, there was only 1 face washer for each room. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 guests inclusive of our toddler. We requested for toddler cot, the foam used was the worst thing I have ever seen. It was dirty, black marks on the edge, it was also torn. That form would have made our son very sick. It’s a health hazard. We are so glad we did not put our son to sleep in that. Understaffed shifts was highly noticeable. This explains all the shortcuts staff have to use in order to clean this rooms and do a quick turn around. Microwave was also not working. The list is endless. Will never book here again.

Nice hotel to stay before flying out in the morning. Clean and modern rooms. In fact the whole joint is quite new/modern. Just be aware trying to get a Taxi here from the airport will result in an argument with the scamming Victorian taxi drivers who don't want the short fare and want some ridiculous cash payment. And also trying to leave here in the early morning will result in the same thing. Just pre book an Uber! Anyway, I recommend the place.

The deck chair my child sat on was badly sun damaged and lots of tiny bits of fibreglass went into her skin, caused huge irritation and I spent the night trying to calm her and dealing with 13health and Tele doctors, it totally ruined my experience here and although reception was very nice there was no compensation and there was no help to get to a chemist, I should note it was Easter Monday so maybe a chemist was not open. I was so upset and angry, my poor little girl was so uncomfortable, I carried the chair downstairs to show staff and my hand was itchy/itritated for hours afterwards, so I could just imagine what my girl was suffering on her legs, bum, back and arms. I doubt the chairs have been removed now as they didn’t seem to take my complaint seriously. Very dissatisfying and disappointing.

Stayed 4 nights. Overall stay was quite enjoyable with all amenities in the room to make it feel like you are at home. Reception and check in was quick and easy with everything explained on arrival. Required extra towels and laundry detergent which housekeeping supplied within 5 minutes of asking reception. Only thing that was a downside was the WIFI. Kept dropping out and losing connection. Tried to connect a google play device to tv but couldn't connect to Wi-Fi so was stuck watching free to air tv channels.
