Checked in around midnight from international flight. Had to call the phone number to check in. It isn’t 24/7 check in; no one there to greet you. They had to hold the room rate and a pre-authority so around $302 on top of the room rate which is taking 3-5 business days to go back onto my credit card. The continental breakfast you have to get from reception and then take back to your room to make yourself. Should have stayed at the ibis budget.

Was woken at 6am to kids thumping on the floor above and didn't stop until check out. Also no hot water for a shower. Lay out great as two rooms are back to back and could hear family member snoring all night in the next room. The apartment however was nice and clean.
