On the first day, a couple was arguing loudly. Their staff helped to stop them. So it's still ok for me. The second day, the customer staying next to me was playing music loudly until 1 am. I called the night duty manager, they said they will help with it but actually no one helped. So i went downstairs but found the door was closed. Really frustrated.

Nice property, very helpful staff. I used this property as a stepping stone for an early flight, so it suited perfectly, that said the hotel is in an industrial area so eating/drinking options are limited. Uber Eats etc is the answer, while the hotel bar consists of a beer fridge behind reception - something to be aware of if you are into that kind of thing. Good pricing accordingly though.
