Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton. Staff very helpful. The only thing I feel Let’s the hotel down is the cups in the room. Come on Ritz Carlton up you game here, conference centre cups and saucers don’t belong in the room in a five star hotel.

Brilliant service in a lovely property

I can only say good things about this property. The building is well managed and maintained. The facilities were spot on, but the highlight was the service. Everyone from the Doorman, to the Club Team and the Concierge were flawless. We felt cared for and nothing was too much trouble. The weekend was a complete pleasure and we will be back.

Fantastic service and a really quality hotel as always the Ritz is very impressive Highly recommended as a getaway for people as it feels like you’re completely separated from the hustle and bustle of the city but as soon as you go downstairs, you’re right in the middle of everything

Staff were absolutely amazing 10/10, hotel facilities amazing 24/7 pool was the reason i booked 10/10, food was a 4/10 atria is overrated, only took a couple bites of each item ordered from the menu, food was the only downside! 9/10
