Acceptable because I just stay one night. The reception never picked up a call as I was wanting to enquire about parking. Luckily some reviews here told me useful information. We booked for our family with 2A2C for 1 night. Room has not intercom phone, everything you want to ask, we have to walk to reception. No slippers , no hair dryer in the room. Bed was good we had a good sleep. The included breakfast buffet is ok , staff always refill the foods. but the bowl and plate has dirts.

Staff very friendly, we loved the breakfast and the pool. The gym looks also great and has a lot of equipment, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. We enjoyed very many bike rides from the hotel - staff were always very supportive of having our bikes stored in their luggage store-room. Overall we gad a great experience

Check in and out was seamless. Staff were lovely, especially Bella who answered all my questions so patiently. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We especially appreciated how quiet it was in our room, as we really needed a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. I would definitely stay again. Thank you

Room looked tired and run down, dark and smelt. Fridge wasn’t working and a power point that was not even safe to use. Areas of room weren’t cleaned properly just to mention the main faults. Upon checking in staff were not helpful at all and clearly did not want to be there. All in all a very bad experience.

Room service for evening food was the worst we have experienced at any hotel. Food even came without a cover - this seems extraordinary in this day and age! We eat breakfasts elsewhere given previous experience here. Shower literally rained on toilet however advised renovations on the cards. Good position, very friendly staff.
