The hotel parking was very convenient, the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious & the bed was very comfortable. There is a wide variety of restaurants & dining options within a very short distance from the hotel. While the hotel is not in the city centre of Canberra, the travel time & transport options are fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel as it has great value for money. 👍👍

Staff were good. Getting into parking was terrible. Finding the right lift from the parking garage was awful. A map, a direction, anything! The frustration is just not needed. Suggested a breakfast with accommodation and given a box of breakfast bits. Up and go, a museli bar, a packet of nutra grain. Preserved milk. Really? Stairs to lug a bag if you don’t find the lift. Really? Recommend they do trail run on what it’s like to be a visitor who doesn’t know the hotel, the underground parking set up, or anything. Then fix it.

Property,clean 3xcept bathroom floor not mopped.I was there 2 weeks and bathroom not vac or mopped once,but towels etc were changed,also would suggest a hand rail be put in shower for oldies like me to hold on to..Staff very friendly and helpfull all over motel area.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and breakfast was to be included. Checking in I was handed 2 small plastic boxes, each containing a small “breakfast” for one person. Not what was expected from what was advertised. To make matters worse I pointed out that I had booked and paid for 4 adults so if that was breakfast I should have 4 boxes. I was told it was only 1 for each room so I could only have 2. I sent a complaint to the hotel and received a call with an apology. I was told my complaint would be passed on to a manager, they wanted to make this right and would come back to me. 5 days later and I have heard nothing. Not impressed.
