The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the air-conditioner remote wasn't working and the clock had the wrong time. Small things but annoying.

Excellent experience. We were in Canberra to deliver goods to a customer using our truck. The staff were most understanding with our needing space to park (we are 10 metres long) and were obliging when we parked at the property prior to checking in. Overall clean and neat with helpful staff. Will definitely stay again when doing the next delivery.
