Well,firstly the pic on site is not from that same hotel, the rooms on website is not from the hotel. Rooms are looking good on website but the actual rooms are way different and small. TV was not working and the receptionist said it's not my problem as maintenance guy left. AC was not working properly as well. Wouldn't cool room.poc says something else and real is something else.

Our room was smelly, so we asked to be placed in another room. The service we received from the clerk on duty was great. The rooms were old and hadn't had a freshen-up in some time - scuffs and paint off walls, etc. Our room had working amenities, and everything worked. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean and good location, but got woken at 4am by the fire alarm and was made to evacuate but there was no fire and then building work started next door at 7am. Should let people know if there is going to be excessive noise so early

Friendly staff & great value for money. Water pipes noisy when first turned shower on. Guest next door complained straight away which seemed extreme given it was around 6pm. Motel staff handled complaint without any fuss. Walking distance to Westfield & local club. Easy drive to stadium. Would stay again.

Restaurant and Bar hasn’t opened since Christmas, wasn’t advised before booking, first advised at check in when opening times were queried. Had to be moved from my first room due unserviceable toilet. Second room smelled musty with shower water temperature constantly changing requiring adjustment.
