Stayed for 4 days not once was the restaurant or bar open so of course no Room service either.. we stayed there over a public holiday weekend how can these facilities not be open to the guests.. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and air con could not be adjusted.. I also can not believe we had to pay for parking each day for the guest car park what a joke

Air conditioning wasn’t working correctly. When asking why was told to turn it if for 30 minutes then turn it on. Still would not let us adjust room temperature it was locked on 23 couldn’t turn it down or up. Other wise enjoyed our stay
